Surround Sound Test 5.1
I have a 5.1 system where everything is playing through a Roku. Is there a good way to test each speaker, that it's getting the right sounds? I have found YouTube videos that do it, but I think the roku YouTube app just does stereo.
Where can i get 5.1/7.1 surround sound audio samples? Nokiddingboss Jun 27, 2013, 10:19 AM i would like to know where i can find some audio samples that uses surround sound. I just want to test.

At least a video I played with rear sound tests played on the correct left/right side, but did front and back. I have a Roku express 2017. My receiver shows as being in DTS mode.
Note: the roku is plugged in to a splitter that extracts the video (hdmi) and optical sound output. 
This is due to my receiver being a bit old and only doing hdmi pasthru • • • • •. Hmm, yes, I think you're right. Thinking back to a couple of years ago, I attempted to use the passthru with my PS3.
Twilight all parts in hindi. It also supports new formats which recently Youtube rolled out.
But, there was some HDCP discrepency, and my TV wasn't able to display the HDMI source from the receiver's output, but ONLY was an issue for the PS3. My cable box was able to work properly with the receiver with passthru, just running the HDMI from the cable box to the receiver, and then outputing the video to the TV (Hdmi), and the sound to the speakers. But, my PS3 is dead, and i no longer have cable TV, and just have the Roku.
